1FZFE OIL PUMP BUSH

Description

When you try and rebuild the a 1FZFE Engine there is a brass oil pump bush in the block that is not serviced by Toyota. But when you are doing a complete rebuild you need to clean the block and when you acid bath the block it eats the bush away.

Chasing Adventures has alot of experience with rebuilding the mighty 1FZ engines and has a semi finished bush ready for you to get your engine back together.

The bush pictured is the original factory bush what you will receive is an unfinished bush that your machine shop can finish to correct size for the shaft.

Please note when installing if you are not careful the bush can be damaged easily so we recommend taking care and then testing with your oil pump idler shaft to check clearance if need be you can scotch brite the internal bearing material slightly to get a nicer finish after installing the bush, some bushes will need to be machined further than this to get the correct clearance.
